What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, transfers, ambulation, and therapy exercises under a registered therapist’s direction
• support meal preparation, feeding when needed, light housekeeping, laundry, errands, and companionship as specified in the care plan
• remind clients about self-administration of medication but do not administer medications
• document services
• observe and report changes in client condition
• follow safety, confidentiality, and HIPAA requirements.
