The Field Service Mechanic / Technician is an onsite role based in Grass Lake, MI. Compensation is not specified for this position. This role supports the service operations at Custom Truck One Source. This position performs vehicle troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance on chassis and track-mounted aerials, digger derricks, cranes, and other heavy equipment. The technician works in the field to ensure minimal equipment downtime for utility, telecom, and construction clients.

What you'll do

• Perform PMs and repairs on utility trucks and equipment.
• Diagnose and repair LMI and CAN bus systems.
• Inspect and service vehicles in the field.
• Prepare inspection reports and repair orders.
• Communicate with customers and internal departments.
