The role helps the business secure value, manage vendor risk, and oversee partner performance across the portfolio.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end RFx processes for healthcare and benefits programs
• negotiate commercial terms, service-level agreements, and pricing models
• partner with purchasing, benefits legal, and privacy teams on agreements and data privacy addenda
• coordinate procurement across Benefits, Finance, Product Marketing, and Legal
• build should-cost models and analyze portfolio spend
• identify cost-avoidance opportunities and savings initiatives
• monitor vendor performance and service-level compliance
• conduct quarterly business reviews and manage escalations.
