Program Manager — Federal IT Services

What you'll do

• Manage contract scope, schedule, staffing, quality, cost control, risk, and customer satisfaction
• serve as primary interface with government contracting and task leads
• direct project teams and resolve conflicts
• oversee contractor personnel, staffing levels, subcontractors, and performance metrics
• lead IT operations, service management, cybersecurity, engineering, cloud, end-user support, and classified systems
• ensure compliance with applicable government and cybersecurity policies
• manage service levels, transitions, financial controls, and executive communications.
