A 25-bed Critical Access Hospital in Southeast Colorado is seeking a Board-Eligible or Board-Certified Family Medicine/Internal Medicine physician to join its primary care team. This is a predominantly outpatient role with an option to follow hospitalized patients, treating an average of 12-15 patients per day. The opportunity includes a guaranteed base salary of $280,000 - $320,000, with potential for productivity bonuses and leadership stipends for Medical Director or Chief of Staff roles. The community offers a welcoming, close-knit environment with a lower cost of living compared to Denver or Colorado Springs, and abundant outdoor recreational opportunities. The overarching purpose of this role is to provide high-quality primary care to a rural population, contributing to the health and well-being of the community.
