Warehouse Supervisor — 1st, 2nd, or 3rd Shift

What you'll do

• Lead shift start meetings
• oversee loading and unloading, order selection, quality control, staging, storage, and product organization
• inspect high-value furniture and accessories
• ensure proper wrapping and handling
• monitor warehouse procedures
• supervise and coach 15–20 associates
• support training and safety meetings
• maintain accurate inventory transactions and documentation
• report discrepancies, hazards, and equipment issues
• support process improvements.

Why this role

Three shift options are described: 1st shift 5:00 AM–2:00 PM; 2nd shift 8:00 AM–4:30 PM; 3rd shift 9:00 PM–5:30 AM. Requires 2+ years of warehouse leadership with direct supervision, familiarity with OSHA safety standards and warehouse equipment, and ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
