What you'll do

• Gather and document requirements
• analyze insurance workflows
• translate needs into system designs, process maps, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• support ERP and insurance platform implementation, configuration, testing, and integrations
• develop test plans and manage defect remediation
• improve accounting processes for premiums, reserves, claims, commissions, and reinsurance
• support reporting, reconciliations, controls, audits, and end-user training.
