What you'll do

• Perform assessments and interventions
• support nursing practice standards
• coordinate admissions and transfers
• make rounds and organize staff assignments and breaks
• coordinate and complete MDS schedules and documentation
• develop and update resident care plans
• monitor care and medication administration
• investigate medication errors
• notify physicians of pertinent observations and results
• document incidents
• maintain supplies
• and direct assigned nursing shifts.
