The Landscape Maintenance Crew Member role is onsite in Leland, NC, and is full-time. Pay is $16–$19 per hour. Working alongside a Crew Leader and other team members, the Crew Member maintains commercial properties through mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, weeding, and general upkeep. The role also supports equipment care, safe work practices, and daily production goals.

What you'll do

• Assist with mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, weeding, and general landscape maintenance
• operate landscaping equipment and power tools
• load and unload tools, materials, and equipment
• maintain equipment cleanliness and assist with routine care
• follow safety procedures
• work with crew leaders and teammates to complete jobs
• communicate professionally with customers and team members
• participate in training and development.
