What you'll do
- Triage and document employee relations concerns
- conduct workplace investigations and prepare findings
- escalate complex or legally sensitive matters to the CHRO
- support coaching and mediation
- maintain case logs and HRIS records
- coordinate onboarding and offboarding
- track corrective actions and reviews
- support payroll, benefits, and recruiting
- organize culture and recognition programs
- prepare communications and HR reports.
