What you'll do

• Provide pediatric dental care to infants, children, adolescents, and patients with special healthcare needs
• perform preventive and restorative procedures including fillings, pulpotomies, crowns, SDF applications, extractions, and space maintenance
• diagnose and treat pediatric dental conditions and trauma
• administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide as appropriate
• educate children and parents on oral hygiene, nutrition, and preventive care
• collaborate with dental and healthcare colleagues.

Why this role

DDS or DMD and completion of an accredited pediatric dentistry residency are required; an Illinois dental license or eligibility, DEA and controlled substance licenses, and CPR/BLS are listed. Board certification or eligibility is preferred but not required.
