What you'll do

• Draft and prosecute patent applications before the USPTO
• develop and manage strategic IP portfolios
• conduct pre-litigation diligence
• draft pleadings
• conduct legal research
• and prepare expert witnesses. Mentorship and training of junior associates are also listed. Experience with post-grant proceedings is preferred, and deposition experience is a plus.
