The physician provides comprehensive primary care, including diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic conditions, preventive care, and patient education. The role also supports care coordination, quality and regulatory compliance, clinical staff development, and community health outreach.

What you'll do

• Conduct physical examinations and diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses
• perform procedures, prescribe treatments, and refer patients as appropriate
• document encounters in the electronic health record within 72 hours
• provide emergency care in accordance with BLS/ACLS standards
• participate in quality improvement and audits
• supervise and guide clinical support staff
• promote health education and preventive care in the clinic and community.
