Fitness Manager

What you'll do

• Coach, mentor, and support personal trainers
• conduct team meetings, training, and development check-ins
• monitor trainer schedules, productivity, and accountability
• deliver personal training sessions and orientations when needed
• build and train a client base
• lead orientations to convert members into training clients
• review KPIs and goals
• analyze department performance
• support revenue goals through sales coaching
• train additional clients when needed
• assist with club tours, membership sales, front-office needs, and gym events
• help maintain a clean, organized gym.
