What you'll do

• Provide direction and oversight for mechanical planning and work review
• supervise maintenance activities and direct work in the plant, labs, and shops
• plan work strategies to meet scheduled times
• develop crew skills and conduct task evaluations for certification
• answer technical questions
• develop troubleshooting plans and direct equipment troubleshooting
• enforce departmental and organizational goals
• provide planning feedback on more effective or cost-efficient work methods
• maintain qualifications to respond to plant upset conditions within the Nuclear Emergency Response Organization.
