What you'll do

• Build working relationships with clients, prospective clients, and represented companies by phone, email, and written correspondence
• support teammate follow-up
• research and resolve coverage questions
• respond promptly to client needs
• maintain client files and process routine correspondence
• cultivate opportunities and offer additional insurance lines through consultative selling
• and assist with office duties as needed.
