What you'll do
- Conduct assessments using DHS-approved tools
- develop, review, and update Individual Treatment Plans
- lead biweekly one-hour staff training
- provide Observation and Direction training for Level 1 staff
- supervise assigned cases and oversee behavior intervention plans
- support Registered Behavior Technicians and staff
- review session notes and ethical-guideline adherence
- participate in quality assurance
- collaborate with BCBAs, therapists, and administrative staff.
