What you'll do

• Maintain and repair Ricoh, Konica Minolta, and HP digital copiers, fax machines, and printers
• install printers, copiers, scanners, and software
• troubleshoot and diagnose equipment
• service the assigned territory
• demonstrate laptop printing
• prepare reports
• maintain parts, tools, and support equipment
• coordinate service with dispatch, field staff, management, sales, and customers
• keep informed about technology and products.
