What you'll do

• Develop new accounts and expand existing business
• create proposals and pricing strategies
• negotiate customer rates and terms
• coordinate freight movements with shipping companies, airlines, warehouses, carrier sales, dispatch, and operations
• monitor market and competitor activity
• report sales activity and forecasts
• troubleshoot customer issues
• support accounts payable and receivable
• develop and review operational policies, budgets, costs, and sales plans.
