What you'll do

• Gather client information about the company, culture, and position requirements
• collaborate with the Partner and analyst on search strategy
• prepare position descriptions, candidate assessments, status updates, and reference reports
• help direct research and coach the analyst
• use large language models and designed prompts to analyze industries, companies, and executives
• contact and assess potential candidates
• provide clients with candidate perspectives and search updates
• maintain candidate, client, and search records in firm databases.
