Why this role
Requires 3+ years of HVAC service technician experience, an EPA Refrigerant Handling License, basic hand tools, a valid driver’s license, and an acceptable driving record. NATE Core and two specialty certifications are preferred but not required. Rotating on-call coverage is limited to 10:00 PM on weekdays and 10:00 AM–10:00 PM on weekends.
