The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) role is onsite in Hayward, CA. Compensation is $24.00–$26.00 per hour, depending on experience. The position supports residents at Hayward Hills Healthcare Center. Working under a registered nurse or licensed practical/vocational nurse, the CNA provides routine resident care, monitors and records health information, and supports residents’ daily living, dignity, and independence.

What you'll do

• Take and record vital signs, height, weight, fluid intake and output, and meal percentages
• assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, eating, hydration, transfers, and mobility
• make routine rounds
• observe and report changes in condition or skin
• contribute to resident assessments and care plans
• provide restorative and dementia care
• maintain resident rights, safety, infection control, and accurate records.
