What you'll do

• Round on patients and document vital signs, weights, and blood glucose readings as ordered
• assist with meals, bathing, linen changes, and daily living activities
• answer call lights and document rounds
• keep rooms stocked and tidy
• assist emergency and outpatient patients with registration, vital signs, specimens, EKGs, and monitoring as directed
• report concerning symptoms to nursing staff
• perform basic nursing procedures after required competencies
• assist with admissions, transfers, and dismissals
• maintain confidential patient records and a safe environment.

Why this role
