General Manager

What you'll do

• Oversee daily front- and back-of-house operations
• manage sales, labor, food costs, inventory, and other controllables
• train and develop assistant managers and shift supervisors
• ensure onboarding and ongoing team training
• lead guest recovery
• maintain food safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance
• recruit and schedule staff
• manage attendance and performance
• oversee facility condition and maintenance coordination
• communicate with the Area Manager and support teams
• obtain ServSafe certification within 30 days of hire.
