The Civil Foreman / Equipment Operator — Wireless Telecom Construction role is onsite in Lakeville, MN, with field work and travel required. Pay is $27–$34 per hour, negotiable based on experience. Meridian Blue Construction builds and supports wireless telecommunications sites. The foreman leads a civil construction crew through site work at raw land and existing cell sites. The role coordinates construction activities, interprets plans, operates heavy equipment, and enforces safety standards to support reliable site build-outs.

What you'll do

• Lead civil crews and identify key success factors
• operate heavy equipment including skid loaders and excavators
• direct crew activities and assist with electrical, civil, and structural construction
• read and redline engineering drawings
• install radio equipment, power plants, and batteries
• perform form setting and site layout
• supervise 2–3 coworkers
• complete daily reports, JSAs, and timesheets
• maintain company vehicle, trailer, tools, equipment, and supplies
• comply with and enforce safety standards
• travel as required.
