The Licensed Practical Nurse / Registered Nurse — Memory Care is an onsite, part-time position in Bellevue, WA, paying $42–$52 per hour. The Gardens at Town Square is an Era Living retirement community; Era Living’s mission is to honor older adults by enhancing their quality of life. The Floor Nurse contributes to resident assessments and implements health services, working with community managers and the Community Health Director to promote and monitor residents’ health. The role supports residents in the Memory Care units and communicates with residents and families living with dementia.
What you'll do
- Contribute to resident assessments
- implement health care services
- collaborate with the Terrace Manager, Assisted Living Manager, and Community Health Director on health promotion and monitoring
- communicate with residents living with dementia and their families
- provide resident and family education
- and complete required caregiving, dementia, CPR, and food-handler training or certification. Scheduled Friday and Saturday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM.
