Customer Service Representative

What you'll do

• Answer incoming customer calls

• provide accurate service and availability information
• enter and update customer information, call notes, and appointment details in ServiceTitan
• assist with questions, concerns, and service requests
• work toward individual and team call-booking goals while maintaining quality standards.
