Team Leader

The Team Leader works onsite in Rohnert Park, CA. Pay is $28 per hour. What you'll do

• Review and approve staff time, overtime, and time-off requests
• manage staff performance
• coordinate member services and 24-hour member services
• visit members to provide direction and support
• provide vocational support
• assist with program development
• intervene during crises and notify relevant people or agencies when indicated
• support member safety, health, and wellbeing
• complete assigned paperwork
• review staff mileage sheets
• oversee and co-sign documentation for interns, graduate students, and PSCs
• ensure staff follow meal and rest period rules
• facilitate groups, community activities, and staff meetings.
