What you'll do

• Prepare and serve meals using posted menus and standardized recipes
• prepare special dietary and texture-modified foods as directed
• monitor food quality and temperatures
• maintain sanitary food-service areas
• operate dishwashing equipment
• record required temperatures, production quantities, and evaluations
• protect resident information.

Why this role
