What you'll do

• Provide sales support to the International Sales Business Developer
• prepare written quotations
• request samples
• answer questions about products, order status, packaging, registration, and lead times
• support international trade show preparation
• prepare monthly reports
• prepare letters of credit with accounting and shipping
• maintain customer records
• process orders and invoices in Visual software
• coordinate with internal departments
• follow up on registration and fees
• expedite customer problem resolution
• support customer supply inventory control, management reporting, new product development, and special projects.
