What you'll do

• Assist attorneys through prelitigation, discovery, depositions, trial preparation, and post-trial matters
• organize and review case files and discovery
• track deadlines
• analyze document productions
• draft meet-and-confer letters for attorney review
• conduct legal research
• prepare case-law and medical-record summaries
• draft and respond to discovery
• interview witnesses
• oversee e-discovery and document production
• prepare deposition and trial exhibits
• coordinate trial logistics
• communicate with clients
• mentor junior paralegals and administrative staff.
