Bilingual PM Site Supervisor

What you'll do

• Assist with recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and training custodial staff
• oversee daily workflow
• coordinate and supervise custodial employees
• train staff on tasks, safety, policies, and procedures
• ensure staff have necessary equipment and supplies
• inspect assigned areas for quality, service, and safety
• report incidents and needed repairs
• recommend corrective actions
• support profitability with the Site Manager.
