What you'll do

• Coordinate purchases of goods, services, and software

• conduct market research and vendor communications
• facilitate bid openings and selection processes
• prepare notices, contract recommendations, and procurement documents
• support routine contract negotiations
• monitor contract performance
• manage surplus property disposal
• maintain procurement systems and records.
