What you'll do

• Create personalized guest arrivals
• provide information about resort amenities, events, recreation, dining, transportation, and local attractions
• assist with reservations and pre-arrival planning
• maintain guest profiles and preferences
• respond to inquiries across in-person, phone, email, and digital channels
• coordinate with resort departments
• assist with check-in and check-out during peak periods as needed
• coordinate deliveries and amenities
• resolve guest concerns
• maintain the concierge desk and lobby
• protect guest privacy.
