What you'll do

• Maintain and repair facilities, buildings, and grounds through work orders
• prepare vacated apartment homes for release
• complete minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and drywall tasks
• perform minor plumbing repairs
• service kitchen appliances, washers, dryers, and garage issues as needed
• participate in the on-call emergency maintenance schedule
• follow safety standards
• perform snow removal
• complete other related duties as assigned.
