Pharmacy Support Account Manager

The account manager serves as a dedicated contact for assigned pharmacy clients, building relationships and resolving software-related issues. The role coordinates with internal teams, documents interactions, guides software configuration, and provides training so pharmacy teams can use the software effectively.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain relationships with assigned pharmacy accounts
• handle inbound calls, emails, chats, and escalated tickets
• diagnose and resolve software issues
• document interactions
• guide software and computer configuration
• coordinate solutions with internal teams
• communicate ticket status, purchases, and requests
• provide onsite and web-based software training
• participate in occasional on-call rotation or overtime when assigned.

Why this role
