Senior Quality Engineer

Job overview

The Senior Quality Engineer role is onsite in Mount Pleasant, WI. Compensation is $60,000–$65,000 per year. The position supports FII USA, Inc.’s Manufacturing Quality department in a production environment and contributes to quality improvement in smart manufacturing. The engineer develops and maintains quality systems, supports manufacturing operations, and leads improvement and compliance activities. The role helps prevent defects, investigate product and process issues, and strengthen quality performance across production and supplier processes.

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain quality-system procedures and documentation
• conduct quality testing and statistical analysis
• lead root-cause investigations for warranty claims and nonconformance
• perform hardware and software analysis
• manage CAPA projects and risk documentation
• support audits and compliance
• collaborate on new product introductions and process improvements
• support manufacturing and quality control
• design inspection and testing methods
• lead validation activities
• monitor supplier quality
• maintain metrics dashboards
• train staff
• support APQP and PPAP planning
• and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and applicable standards.

Why this role
