What you'll do

• Serve as a communication link among Milestone One, sponsors or CROs, and the medical institution
• support study feasibility evaluations
• assist with participant recruitment and eligibility checks
• help develop recruitment and retention tools and source documentation
• assist with informed consent
• support protocol assessments and laboratory testing
• schedule sponsor or CRO visits
• track recruitment and enrollment
• enter study data and resolve queries
• assist with adverse-event and protocol-deviation follow-up
• support investigational product accountability, temperature monitoring, site payments, staff training, study documents, audits, and regulatory submissions.
