The temporary, part-time Robot Operator/Technician role is onsite in Hammond, LA, at a customer site. Compensation is $25–$30 per hour. The assignment includes installation beginning November 2, 2026, followed by an estimated 15–30 hours per week from December 1, 2026, through February 26, 2027. Ambi Robotics develops AI-powered robotic solutions intended to make supply chain operations more human-friendly and efficient. The operator helps install and run the AmbiStack robotic system during a customer-site evaluation, serving as the on-site point of contact. Monitoring the system, performing preventive maintenance, reporting abnormalities, and coordinating with remote engineers support reliable operation and system improvement.

What you'll do

• Contribute to installation and assembly of the gantry palletizing system
• operate and monitor the AI-based AmbiStack system as it palletizes boxes
• interact with customer representatives onsite
• serve as the site customer point of contact
• schedule, track, and perform preventive maintenance
• report abnormalities to engineers
• coordinate remotely to debug and improve the system
• build and maintain reactive technical support processes
• contribute to support team projects.
