What you'll do

• Attend to restaurant guests
• assist with front- and back-of-house operations, including staff training, scheduling and direction
• review staff performance and provide feedback
• assist with hiring, cash management, reservations, purchasing, inventory and records
• maintain food preparation, cleanliness, safety and sanitation standards
• contribute feedback in leadership forums. May act as manager when the Restaurant Manager is absent.
