CNC Machine Operator

The CNC Machine Operator role is onsite in Jefferson, WI. Pay is $18–$25 per hour, based on experience. The position supports precision machining for manufacturers in sectors including hydraulics, heavy equipment, agriculture, power transmission, automotive, and industrial markets. The operator runs and loads parts across CNC work centers to produce precise components. Inspection, tooling adjustments, preventive maintenance, and production records help maintain quality and consistent throughput.

What you'll do

• Operate and load parts across multiple CNC work centers
• read blueprints, CNC coordinates, and offsets
• inspect parts using gauges and precision measuring tools
• adjust tooling and offsets to maintain quality
• perform preventive maintenance
• maintain a clean and safe work area
• record production data and maintain throughput.

Why this role

All experience levels are encouraged to apply, and training is provided for motivated candidates. Available shifts are 2nd shift, 3:30 p.m.–2:00 a.m. Monday–Thursday, and 3rd shift, 10:00 p.m.–6:30 a.m. Sunday–Thursday. Hiring bonus: $500 after six months and $1,500 after one year of continuous employment.
