This role supports the General Pediatrics department at Essentia Health, a high-volume primary care team. The role exists to provide comprehensive pediatric care, including well-child checkups, immunizations, and sports physicals. The practitioner will work independently and in collaboration with physicians to promote health and prevent disease in pediatric patients.

What you'll do

• Provide care for 16-18 patients per day.
• Participate in hospital pediatric call rotation.
• Provide outreach coverage to Frazee, Lake Park, Pelican Rapids, and Mahnomen.
• Utilize advanced health assessment and decision-making skills.
