What you'll do

• Oversee day-to-day store operations and assume responsibility in the Store Manager’s absence
• support safety compliance and asset protection
• drive sales, revenue, and production goals
• complete incident reports and maintain audit standards
• support staffing, interviews, and training
• assist with point-of-sale transactions, cash funds, deposits, and inventory control
• maintain daily sales, donation, financial, and production records
• deliver customer service
• use scheduling and communication tools
• support store events, special projects, and community initiatives.
