Material Specialist II

Job overview

The Material Specialist II role is onsite in Mesa, AZ, with compensation of $25–$32 per hour. The position supports production and engineering jobs through daily materials operations. The specialist coordinates material flow so production schedules can be met, handling receiving, stocking, kitting, inventory transactions, audits, and records. The role also provides task guidance to department members and backs up shipping and receiving operations.

What you'll do

• Receive, transact, label, and route incoming materials
• move materials between jobs and stock
• review ERP dashboards and investigate transaction issues
• assemble kits for Production, Engineering, and Depot
• maintain parts-cage security and organization
• conduct inventory audits
• maintain job, kit, and inventory records
• prioritize material distribution to support production schedules
• provide shipping and receiving backup.
