Operations Manager, Advanced Composites

What you'll do

• Lead production teams and daily schedules across lay-up, vacuum bagging, cleanroom, curing, winding, machining, and assembly
• manage staffing, training, performance, and operations hours
• ensure safety, quality standards, and on-time delivery
• use Lean manufacturing to improve efficiency and reduce bottlenecks
• coordinate with Engineering, Quality Assurance, Program Management, and Supply Chain to resolve production issues.
