What you'll do

• Build and maintain financial models
• analyze investment performance, returns, cash flows, and scenarios
• support acquisitions, due diligence, valuation, and underwriting
• prepare investment memorandums and presentations
• monitor real estate project budgets, schedules, and operating performance
• conduct market and company research
• track KPIs
• assist with investor communications, reporting, documentation, fund administration, dashboards, and forecasts.
