Corrections Medical Assistant

The Corrections Medical Assistant role is onsite in Sturtevant, WI. Pay is $19–$20 per hour. The assistant manages medical-record requests and documentation while supporting clinic operations. The role handles a high volume of patient and legal requests, maintains confidentiality, and helps clinicians meet daily administrative needs.

What you'll do

• Process patient and legal requests for medical record reviews and releases
• retrieve, review, redact, and prepare records
• coordinate reviews and releases
• scan and upload approximately 400 documents weekly
• support clinicians with scheduling, documentation, and correspondence
• maintain accurate electronic records
• prioritize requests and communicate with patients, attorneys, providers, and internal departments.
