The Contracts Manager role is onsite in Sedro-Woolley, WA, or Layton, UT. The stated base wage range is $115,000–$170,000, plus a discretionary bonus. Janicki Industries designs and builds structures, tooling, and systems for aerospace, space, defense, marine, and architecture industries. Serving as the contracts lead and business advisor for an assigned aerospace and defense program area, the manager oversees the contract lifecycle and advises on strategy, compliance, and risk. The role coordinates with program, finance, supply chain, engineering, operations, compliance, and legal teams to support program and financial objectives.

What you'll do

• Lead contract activities from solicitation review and proposal development through negotiation, administration, change management, and closeout
• interpret contract terms and applicable FAR and DFARS requirements
• identify and communicate risks
• coordinate with internal teams and customers
• maintain auditable records
• support reviews and audits
• and coach assigned contracts personnel if applicable.
