What you'll do

• Lead small multidisciplinary teams designing, building, and testing RF hardware systems
• define performance goals, metrics, dependencies, and risks
• guide RF hardware design and component selection
• lead integration and testing of complete RF systems
• troubleshoot with mechanical, software, firmware, systems, and test engineers
• conduct trade studies and analyses
• derive and verify requirements
• develop test plans and lead verification
• conduct over-the-air demonstrations and performance analysis
• prepare design specifications, test plans, documentation, and reports.
