What you'll do

• Execute daily pastry prep lists
• follow recipes, techniques, and plating standards
• maintain product quality, freshness, and presentation
• support Sunday brunch pastry production and pastry service as needed
• keep the station clean, organized, and stocked
• label, store, and rotate products using FIFO
• monitor inventory and communicate needs
• follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
• collaborate with pastry and kitchen staff.
